UC Berkeley Commencement

2014 Department Graduations

While commencement is a campus wide ceremony on May 17 for all graduates and their families, department graduations occur separately over the course of about two weeks and are smaller and more personal. Department graduations occur during the spring semester only.

Each school, college, or department plans its own ceremony, in which each graduate walks across the stage to receive a commemorative certificate. The list below may not reflect the most up-to-date event details. We encourage you to contact your department for info.

You can download a complete listing of all department graduations as an Excel file by clicking here.
